Someone who has a van seems to be collecting waste and is using the car park at the back of Slaidburn Avenue as a transfer point for waste to move some of the waste from his van to an estate car to take it to the tip. My black bin has only been partially emptied. Instead of emptying via the vehicle, a bag was taken out, but leaving smaller bags in the bottom of the bin. These contain material that already smells. If it has to wait another 2wks for collection it will be a health hazard and attract vermin. The same thing happened a couple of months ago. I reported it via the website, but despite a couple of chasing reports, had no acknowledgement or action. Bin will be outside awaiting emptying. -155 Woodyates Road, London, SE12 9JJ
