This property 57 Waldron park road continuously leave their overflowing bins in the paving outside their front door.. Why was this shop slowed to be converted to flat if there is ZERO BIN STORAGE facilities provided. Every week this area is full of overflowing bins and dumped rubbish. FINE the landlord and request that they provide SUITABLE BIN STORAGE for these flats so that the PUBLIC pavement is not overflown with stinking rubbish bins

This property has AMPLE EMPTY front garden spaces that they refuse to store their numerous bins in! Not once have they lived their bins to within the empty front garden they have but choose to leave overflowing bins blocking the pavement.
