The site is continually used for fly tipping, which blocks the pavement, is unsightly & encourages vermin. The estate is never cleared of rubbish or the weeds that block pathways & cause major problems for the elderly & disabled.

Even if they are clearing out the shops at 94 & 96 Mitcham Lane, they could have parked more considerately. They opened the rear door closest to the shops leaving pedestrians to use the narrow bit of pavement close to the kerb.

Whole estate is overgrown with weed but particularly bad at lambscroft and Stofield gardens. The estate houses a lot of elderly people and I am worried they are large trip hazards. It is also difficult to use pushchairs or wheelchairs in these areas. The estate looks unsightly which is such a shame for the residents.

Hi there, I genuinely don’t think the street cleaners even make it to the Burnt ash Road end of Micheldever Road. There is such a build up of litter, which is never ever dealt with. Please could routine street cleaner clear the litter up this end even once a year? Many thanks

Please, can someone come and sweep the road into the close this month, not the first 10 feet as usual. Can I also mention the weeds coming through ALL the pavements in this area. Left unattended they will cause cracks in the paving, which leads to having to replace them which cost more money.. Why not get Highways, Gardeners or Street sweeping to dig them out ???? BUT PLEASE CAN WE HAVE SOMEONE SWEEP THE ROAD IN THE CLOSE THIS MONTH ! ? Thanks

Weeds all over the street. Some waist high. Clumps of grass growing between the paving stones are a trip hazard. Weeds encouraging dog owners not to clean up after their dogs. Whole place looks a mess. Happens every year. Other streets in the borough are well maintained so why not ours?
