I came across this heap when I went to park at lower Sydenham station, it’s lying across two valuable parking spaces, parking very limited at station due to Newbridge car repairs monopolising what little parking is available even though they have premises, but this is a fire and rodent hazard & encourages unsavoury behaviour. I return home late at night 11.30pm as work in theatre, a lone female traveller and this makes me feel slightly scared! But fire hazard is main danger here
