URGENT please! In itself, blue Street sweeper bags do not constitute a street issue BUT as this bag dumping and delay in collection is now the subject of a complaint to Lewisham Waste Services, we cannot allow this to continue. Unless these bags are collected speedily today, they will be ripped, foxed and the contents spread over a wide area yet again thus negating the collection in the first place. We have the Bank Holiday weekend which makes it even more important not to delay this.
