148B brownhill road is a HMO with over 10 occupants, they have no waste bins and continue to fly tip waste and rubbish on the walk ways by the bus stop and other places some of the waste includes soiled nappies, food and other foul items causing rodents, flies and other issues. The app will not let me select 148B brownhill however raising this issue with the landlord and tenants has proved unsuccessful. This is an environmental issue.
