I’m writing to report an ongoing issue with missed collections for our black bins. While your recycling team is consistently reliable and never misses a collection — often even placing all bins out for collection, including the black ones — your refuse team continues to miss the black bin collections almost every week. We’re unsure why this keeps happening, but it’s becoming a persistent issue that needs to be addressed. Furthermore the uncollected bins are left outside under our neighbours win
