Costcutter on Brockley Road store their packaging outside their shutters 24/7 every week. The open cages are full of packaging that gets blown everywhere down the mews. Their commercial bin has expired date food inside it and is never closed properly. We’re worried about rats and it looks terrible. I’ve picked up their litter several days but I’m fighting a losing battle as it just keeps coming back. I’ve asked them to clear up and they do it for day then nothing. This road is a public highway.
