The railway bridge at 28 Brockley cross is not secure. Kids have unscrewed one of the fence posts and have bent it back to gain access to the site. They are then graffitiing the side of the bridge and gaining access to the track. The site is owned by Network rail and sub let to The Arch Company who are responsible to managing and maintaining the site and are doing a terrible job. The perimeter walls are falling down and the site is a dumping ground for rubbish. Please sort -28A, Brockley Cross, London, SE4 2AA
