The bin belongs to a business on Welford rd but they areleaving it Unattended in Clarendon Park Rd on the public pavement. It frequently is dangerous for people passing as there is a lamppost and are forced to walk closer to the busy road. It is often very full and because it’s unattended there are members of the public adding to it or leaving rubbish next to it. Am fed up of having to sort that out as the owners take no responsibility as they can’t see it.
