cars and large vans parked on pavement and half on road causing congestion for both pedestrians and buses on a regular basis ( this particular bus was standing still for at least half a minute due to lack of space due the parked cars outside the doctors surgery and also on zig zag lines by the pedestrian crossing ) . need regular traffic warden patrols and a double red line in this area to prevent parking .
