This morning, I came across a scattered collection of hazardous waste, including used syringes, needles, medical packaging, and drug-related paraphernalia. These items are openly exposed on the pavement and ground area near the bin, posing a danger to pedestrians—particularly children and pets who may unknowingly come into contact with them.
