Description
I live downstairs and the tenants upstairs are council tenant and they have ruined the garden with rubbish and dog poo. Council came nothing has been done in years and me and my agent keep reporting the issue. I can’t even use my garden because the dog poos all over and they don’t even clean it. I am fed up of council promising to sort it and in five years nothing has been done.
