Hello, Every week we are having issue with recycling bins being collected. I am reporting this every week but to this day I have not had my answer as why this is happening on such a frequent basis. Can you pls get this rectified? Our block is trying to recycle & the council is then making it harder because the bins are not collected so recycling goes into normal waste. Thanks
