Bins from surrounding properties are being left in the area to the side of 6 Tranquil Passage and in front of 8 Tranquil Passage. This is private land. The only bins that should be left in this area should belong to 6 and 8 Tranquil Passage. These bins are blocking the access to the side and front entrance to 8 Tranquil Passage (which is a commercial property), moreover, they block the staircase and wheelchair lift to 8 Tranquil Passage.
