Workers seem to have started a habit of piling the bins in the road for several hours until the lorry collects them. As can be seen in the pictures, we now can’t park in parking spaces on our street. These bags lie there for 4-8 hours. These were put out early this morning and it is now the afternoon. It is nonsensical - there’s not much parking in central London and we pay for our resident permits, yet the parking spaces are blocked by bin bags every Friday.
