I live downstairs and the tenants upstairs are council tenant and they have ruined the garden with rubbish and dog poo. Council came nothing has been done in years and me and my agent keep reporting the issue. I can’t even use my garden because the dog poos all over and they don’t even clean it. Here is the thing: why does the street cleaner only removes the beer cans +empty bottles from under the bench but will not clean the rubbish (beer cans) from the tree that stands a mere 5 metres away? What kind of street sweeper hates so much his job to completely ignore the state of the adjacent pavement, street and tree? On topo of that there are several cigarette butts under and around the bench. Do they not need removing?
