There has been household rubbish - clothing, small electricals etc…- dumped in front of the house. I believe it’s been done by the residents of the house. This is not the first time. If you look to the left of the photo, the rubbish is in front of the of the hedge.

Please remove flytipped items surrounding ( including that between van and the walls) the van NA03UYS Seabeach lane behind manners florists. Here is the thing: why does the street cleaner only removes the beer cans +empty bottles from under the bench but will not clean the rubbish (beer cans) from the tree that stands a mere 5 metres away? What kind of street sweeper hates so much his job to completely ignore the state of the adjacent pavement, street and tree? On topo of that there are several cigarette butts under and around the bench. Do they not need removing? What’s going on with Lewisham Council that it cannot take any pride in
